Katie Clark
2025 is my 15th year with CC United, not including my playing days in the mid-90s and early 00s! I started coaching after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Studies. I have worked in multiple capacities within the club, including Assistant Director of Coaching, Recreational Facilitator, and currently serve as the Director of Operations and Women’s Programs. I hold a United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma and a USSF D License. I will be entering my 10th season as the Head Coach of the Chanhassen High School Girls Varsity Program this fall.
Nate Goltz
U9 Boys Technical Director
This is Nates seventh-year coaching with CC United, starting back when he was in high school and continuing after returning to the area post-college. Nate grew up playing for CC United from Recreational Soccer through U16, while also competing for Chaska High School. The coaches he had in club, camps, and high school inspired him to give back to the game as a coach. He continues to build on that passion by pursuing his US Soccer D License, which he earned in the spring of 2024.
Sophie Pawlyshyn
Director of Camps/Clinics and Technical Director
With eight years of coaching experience, Sophie is a US Soccer D licensed coach . A Chanhassen native, she played for CC United from Recreational Soccer through U19 before continuing her career at Concordia University, St. Paul, where she earned All-Conference honors. Sophie holds a degree in Secondary Education and has coached players ages 5 to 19. Outside of coaching, she enjoys watching soccer, working out, and reading. Passionate about player development, Sophie brings both her teaching background and love for the game to help young athletes grow on and off the field.
Mike Wackerfuss
With over 18 years of coaching experience at CC United, Mike has led teams across all levels of the club. A former Board Member, he has been actively involved in many aspects of the organization, including camps, tryouts, and technical training. Mike holds a US Soccer D License and a United Soccer Coaches National License.
