At CC United Soccer Club, our goal is to place players at a level where they will be consistently challenged yet also achieve success on the field.
For new players to the competitive league, evaluations help us match your player's ability to a team. For returning competitive players, their evaluations begin the previous season. Formal try-outs are one factor used in team placement but at CC United we believe your child's effort and performance throughout a season is the best reflection of their level of play and commitment.
At CC United, we believe in soccer for all and make every effort to place all players that attend evaluations on a team.

July 19 and 20
U9-U11 try-outs in July are designed to form teams for the Fall season. The Summer 2023 league is a separate registration and season. Registration for Summer 2023 opens late summer/early fall and teams are formed after try-outs in mid-October.

If your U12-U14 player is participating in Fall , they should attend the 2022-2023 try-outs on July 31 and August 1. Teams for both Fall 2022 AND Summer 2023 are formed after evaluations.

U9-U11 players have the opportunity to stop by and run through and practice the skills stations before try-outs. With the help of the DOC, parents will walk through the stations with their child.

CC United holds separate evaluations for the Fall and Summer Seasons:
Players are encouraged to attend both scheduled sessions as it helps us place your child on the proper level team. If you cannot attend one or more of the sessions, you can indicate which session/s they will be missing in the registration.
All players must be registered prior to evaluations to be placed on a team - even if you do not attend evaluations. Your registration is the only way the club knows if your player plans on playing for CCU for the season.
