This online withdraw process will formally have the player removed from the roster and discontinue his/her commitment to the team.
The CC United Soccer Club is a non-profit that must plan for staffing and resources in advance and because of this has a no-refund policy. All requests to withdraw from the league must submit theWithdraw from Competitiveform.
Summer and Fall Competitive Seasons:
No refunds are given on fees paid.
Exceptions for injured players and families moving outside of the community. Withdrawals and refunds for those exceptions are subject to a $20 processing fee.
If a player registers for the Summer season and decides to switch to the recreational league that same year, fees paid can be used to cover the cost of the rec registration for that same player. No refunds will be given for fees paid above the cost of the recreational program once the competitive season has begun. Fees paid are not transferrable to another player.
A $20 processing fee will be charged if dropping before the first session.
If a uniform/t-shirt was ordered, that cost will also be deducted from the refund.
No refunds will be given after the first session.
Injured Competitive players must provide a doctor's note with the date of injury stating the player will be unable to play for the remainder of the season and submit a Withdraw from Competitive online form. Form must be received by May 15 for the summer season and Sept. 15 for the fall season.
