Rec Youth Coach Payroll Information:
 Dear Rec Youth Coaches,                                                                                                                                   June 6, 2010
CC United Soccer Club is implementing a new system for tracking your hours worked.  We now have an online form you need to complete twice a month.  CC United Soccer Club distributes payroll on the 15^th and the last day of each month.  Therefore, your hours need to be submitted five or six days prior to the end of that pay period.  A form has been created for each pay period.  Simply click the current timesheet form and enter your name and check what days you worked.  You will be asked if during a practice night you worked 1.0 or 1.5 hours.  All 45 minute practices should use the 1.0.  If you helped more than one team during a practice night and were on the fields from 6:00 until 7:30, you can select the 1.5 hours.  Likewise, you will be given a choice of how many hours you worked games on Saturday.  All games are counted as 1.0.  If you worked with more than one team that day, you can select the appropriate number of hours.  You are not paid for any event cancelled due to weather or field conditions.
 
At the bottom of the form, you are asked to include your email address so a confirmation can be sent to you.  It’s a good idea to keep track of what you have submitted.  See the example of a portion of the confirmation email below.

The youth coach worked on two practice nights for an hour plus two games on Saturday.  The confirmation will list all dates for that time period.  Any dates you selected hours as worked will have the hours listed directly under that date.  The hours will be sent to Holly Nelson directly when you hit “continue”.  At the end of each pay period, Abby Klint and the coach or team manager from your assigned team will be verifying the hours you submitted.  As a club we need to have some method of accountability.  As I said, we are trying this out for the first time, so if you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them.
 
The youth coaches listed below already submitted their hours for the first half of the season (April 19^th thru May 27^th) and don’t need to do anything else for that time period.  The rest of the youth coaches need to fill in the timesheet for April 19 – May 31st.
