CC United has a limited refund policy. All refund requests must be made by submitting a Refund Request Form to CC United. Refunds may be given under the following circumstances ONLY:

Rec Refund Policy:

- Refunds are prorated and subject to applicable CC United policies

- ALL refunds are subject to a $20 processing fee

- Late fees are not refundable

- NO REFUNDS will be given after the scheduled date of game two for the Recreational season

- Injured Recreational player, with doctor’s letter and this form prior to May 15 (refund ½ player fee and less $20 processing and uniform fee)
